Trident Australia recently worked alongside a customer to deliver an instrument air tubing and pneumatic control scope, combining in-house manufacturing with onsite installation and pressure testing.
The project included the installation of instrument air tubing to support the operation of pneumatic valve systems across the site. Trident Australia's team also designed and manufactured Pneumatic Control Modules at our Canning Vale facility before completing their installation onsite.
With the work carried out within an operational site, careful coordination was required throughout the project. Our team worked alongside the customer, other contractors and onsite work crews while maintaining the required project schedule and site requirements.
Following installation, comprehensive pressure testing was completed to verify the integrity of the tubing systems before completion of the scope.
A key part of the project was Trident Australia's ability to combine workshop manufacturing with onsite technical services.
The Pneumatic Control Modules were manufactured in-house to suit the project requirements, with our team then supporting the installation, tubing and testing onsite. Bringing these capabilities together helped maintain continuity between the workshop and field stages of the project.
The completed scope was delivered safely, on time and in accordance with the customer's requirements, supporting the successful completion of their wider project.
