The 3401 Series manifold panel has been engineered to provide controlled flow distribution across multiple functions while maintaining durability in demanding industrial environments. The system features a heavy-duty 1-inch tube feeder line that distributes flow to 12 independent 3/8-inch function lines. Each outlet is equipped with a full-bore 3/8-inch ball valve and all-metal variable area rotameter, allowing for accurate flow control and monitoring.
This combination of components helps deliver reliable flow distribution, accurate process control, excellent corrosion resistance, long service life, and simplified operation and maintenance.
All instrumentation is securely mounted on a 3 mm thick 316 stainless steel plate, providing a rigid and durable platform designed for long-term operation. The panel configuration has been developed to allow straightforward integration into the customer's existing infrastructure and is designed to be mounted directly to the customer-supplied support structure. The result is a compact and streamlined solution that balances performance, accessibility, and ease of maintenance.
