Trident Australia recently partnered with a customer to redesign their existing pressure testing system, with the primary objectives of simplifying the testing process, improving operational safety, and enhancing long-term maintainability. Working closely with the customer, our engineering and workshop teams developed a custom-built Trident 2701 Series Electrical Pressure Test Unit, designed specifically to meet the operational requirements of the application.
The completed system incorporates both a low-pressure fill and vent pump and a high-pressure test pump, providing a streamlined solution for pressure testing across multiple operating conditions. Supporting the system is a fully fabricated in-house frame featuring an integrated 700-litre tank, delivering a robust and practical platform for day-to-day operation. The unit also incorporates strategically positioned valves, filters, pressure gauges, and pressure relief valves (PRVs), allowing for improved accessibility, simplified operation, and easier routine maintenance.
Every Trident pressure test unit is engineered to suit the customer's specific application. By combining in-house engineering, design, fabrication, assembly, and testing capabilities, we deliver complete pressure testing solutions that are built for reliability, safety, and long-term performance.
Whether modifying an existing system or designing a new solution from the ground up, Trident Australia works closely with customers to develop engineered systems that address operational challenges while improving efficiency and usability.
