As part of our recent IWOCS supply, Trident Australia was engaged to supply a Subsea Jumper Deployment Frame to mount onto the BOP for an upcoming decommissioning campaign.
Trident Australia collaborated closely with Ceejay Engineering to optimise the design through full FEA, calculation, and fabrication to successfully deliver a compliant unit fully certified to DNV 2.7-3
The SJDF is designed to accept a Hydraulic Flying Lead assembly and has bull horns to wrap the HFL for deployment, additional retention clamps, front and back to also secure any spare umbilical hoses. The frame also includes a hydraulic cutter, that can be functioned by a spare line from the umbilical.
The SJDF is also supported by a storage stand for ease of rig hook-up prior to deployment. This stand can be easily modified as a shipping frame and potential Subsea Deployed Mudmat.
