Trident Australia manufactures stainless steel corrugated hose assemblies in-house for high-pressure, high temperature and corrosive service environments where mechanical integrity and flexibility are critical. Our assemblies are engineered to accommodate vibration, thermal expansion and movement while maintaining pressure containment in demanding industrial applications.

Manufactured and verified to:

• ISO 10380 – Corrugated metal hoses and hose assemblies
• AS 4041 – Pressure piping (where applicable)
• ISO 10806 – End fitting attachment validation
• ISO 8031 – Electrical continuity testing (where specified)

All corrugated hose assemblies are manufactured under our ISO 9001 quality management system, incorporating documented build procedures, material traceability and controlled welding processes.
