Rubber Compound - Utility

Trident Australia manufactures and supplies a broad range of industrial rubber hose assemblies designed for chemical transfer, fuel service, air and water delivery, suction and discharge applications. Hose selection is based on media compatibility, pressure rating, temperature range and environmental exposure to ensure safe and reliable performance in demanding operating conditions.

Chemical Transfer Hose

Designed for aggressive fluids, solvents and hydrocarbons, using chemical-resistant hose constructions including UHMWPE, PTFE, XLPE and specialised elastomers matched to the intended media. All chemical transfer solutions are subject to a compatibility review to confirm the hose, fittings and sealing materials suit the media, temperature and operating environment. Depending on the application, assemblies can incorporate:

• Anti-static options to mitigate electrostatic build-up during transfer
• Grounding and bonding provisions to support safe loading and unloading operations
• Stainless steel, PTFE-lined, flanged and camlock end connections
• Protective sheathing for abrasion resistance, spill containment or environmental exposure

Air & Water Hose

General service hose for compressed air systems, water delivery and industrial washdown applications, available in multiple diameters and lengths to suit fixed installations, mobile equipment or general maintenance work. Standard industrial end fittings, quick-connects, safety couplings and custom configurations are available, along with optional abrasion sleeves and bend restrictors
