Pressure Testing

Product Code: PRESSURE TESTING

Brand: Trident Services

Pressure testing is a critical component in verifying the safety, performance, and compliance of hose assemblies and fluid transfer components. Our dedicated testing facility provides high-integrity verification of hose assemblies and pressure containing equipment, ensuring they meet both operational and regulatory requirements prior to deployment and throughout their service life.

All testing is conducted within our NATA accredited facility, operating in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025. This ensures that every test is performed using validated methods, calibrated equipment, and trained personnel, with full traceability and endorsed reporting where required.

Our facility is equipped with multiple purpose-built pressure test bays designed to safely test a wide range of hose assemblies and pressure-containing components used in hydraulic, offshore, and high-pressure applications. Our accreditation is for hydrostatic pressure testing up to 4000 bar, allowing verification of both standard and ultra-high-pressure hose assemblies.

Testing programs are carried out using internationally recognised standards to ensure consistency, repeatability, and acceptance by operators and regulators.

Our laboratory testing provides independent verification that hose assemblies meet their design pressure ratings and electrical conductivity requirements, which are critical in applications.

Pressure Testing Capability

  • NATA accredited laboratory operating to ISO/IEC 17025
  • Hydrostatic pressure testing capability up to 4000 bar
  • Multiple dedicated high-pressure test bays for safe testing operations
  • Electrical continuity and resistance testing for hose assemblies
