FOUNDATION, HISTORY AND CONSTITUTION
BiS Valves Ltd. was founded as Bournemouth Industrial Supplies in 1971. The founder, Ralph Burgas, was Managing Director of the Company until 1995 when he retired. Paul Gardiner then became Managing Director with Matthew Smith and David Kelly as Production and Technical Directors, respectively. In 1998 the name was changed to BIS Valves Ltd. Paul decided to move on in 2002 and now Matthew and David, who run the business, own all the shares in the Company.

PRODUCTS
The core of BIS Valves is bespoke manufacture and therefore the catalogued range is only a reflection of the wide variety of products built. In general, the focus is on higher-pressure control devices in Stainless Steel (316) and exotic materials having bores of less than 50mm.
