10-4 Series Liquid Pumps
The 10-4 Series Liquid Pumps are the smallest of the SC “Standard” type pumps with a 4″ diameter air cylinder and 1 1/4″ stroke. Nine ratios available with the highest ratio capable of hydraulic pressures up to 22,000 psig. Commonly used where fluid flow is not critical. Typical applications include proof and burst testing, clamping, pressing, jacks and any end use requiring very high pressure at low flows.
Series ASL Liquid Pumps
The Parker Autoclave Series ASL Liquid Pumps are grouped around the 6 inch air piston and then by the actual ratio of air to hydraulic pressure. Inside that group are both single and double air-drive pistons (denoted by the -01 or -02 in model number). A double air piston can increase the liquid output pressure or decrease the required air pressure to get the same amount of “work” from the pump. All Autoclave pumps utilize All-Stainless Steel wetted parts with an All-Aluminium air housing

L10 Series Double Acting Liquid Pumps
The L10 Series Double Acting Liquid Pump is the largest liquid pump currently manufactured by SC with a 10″ diameter air cylinder, this double acting liquid pump is available in 4 ratios, the highest of which is capable of hydraulic pressures up to 20,000 psig.
Created primarily for the offshore rental tool market, the L10 series pumps are commonly used for subsea valve actuation, wireline control systems, blow out preventor controls and flushing rigs. L10 pumps can be applied anywhere there is a requirement for very high hydraulic pressures along with higher flows achieved by the 10-6 series.

AHL Series High Flow, High Pressure Liquid Pumps
AHL Series High Flow, High Pressure Liquid Pumps are used when you need big flows at pressure.
AHL pumps are high flow capacity pumps designed for pressure testing, chemical injection, and hydraulic power. They feature infinitely variable pressure and flow outputs while holding static pressure indefinitely without generating heat or consuming any power. Suitable for use with oil or water, these pumps are well proven and are designed for trouble free operation. Autoclave Engineers AHL Series High Flow, High Pressure Liquid Pumps in the Trident 701 Series
We have used a lot of the AHL series pumps in our larger test systems including several fixed installations. You are most likely to see one in our rental 701 Series.

10-6 Series Liquid Pumps
The 10-6 Series Liquid Pumps or D-6 Series Non Lubricated Liquid PumpsThe largest of the SC “standard” series pumps with a 7″ diameter air cylinder and a 2 1/2″ stroke. 13 ratios available with the highest ratio capable of hydraulic pressures up to 73,000 psig. Commonly used where very high pressures are required at low flows. Applications include proof and burst testing to extreme high pressures, torque wrench actuation, bolt tensioning, aircraft jacks, filter presses, clamping, holding, metal forming. 10-6 is used extensively by offshore oil companies in many applications due to the pumps inherent ruggedness and reliability. The D-6 has the same characteristics including a Non Lubricated feature.

We would put this series of pump in to the Trident 101 Series frame and it would make a very economical high flow Pressure Test Unit.
ACHL Compact 3 inch Hand Lever, Air-Driven, High Pressure Liquid Pump

ACHL Compact Hand Lever, High Pressure Liquid Pump in a System
We have used this pump in our own relief valve test bench. We can take the pump up to a pressure close to our test pressure then minutely adjust it to the set pressure.

10-5 Series Liquid Pumps
The 10-5 Series Liquid Pump and D-5 Series Non Lubricated Liquid Pumps, the original and most common SC “standard” series pump with a 5 1/4″ diameter air cylinder and 1 1/4″ stroke. 16 ratios available with the highest ratio capable of hydraulic pressures up to 55,000 psig. Commonly used for bolt tensioning, filter presses, clamping, proof and burst testing, metal forming. The 10-5 series with it’s many ratios and modification options can be utilized anywhere a source of hydraulic pressure is required. The D-5 series has all the same characteristic including a Non Lubricated feature.

We haven’t built this in to a system yet but it would go very nicely in to a Trident 101 Series. We keep the frames and tanks in stock so it would only take a short time to get a unit together for you.

L3 and L3C Series Liquid Pumps
Compact air operated L3 and L3C Series Liquid Pumps. Wetted sections available in 316L Stainless Steel (L3) and Carbon Steel (L3C). Seven ratios available in each material, capable of pressure exceeding 18,000 psig.
Compact pumps are used commonly for jacks, punches, clamping, holding, bolt tensioning, presses, torque wrenches, valve actuation and pressure testing. These pumps are suited for use with de-ionized water, NOS and CO2 applications. Several modifications available including Hand pump attachment and remote pilot options.

While we build our own systems at Trident Australia we have bought the systems manufactured by Autoclave Engineers and have several of the AHL Series Systems in our rental fleet.
Using the knowledge developed over the last 65 years, Parker Autoclave Engineers Packaged Pressure Systems have been developed to incorporate any of our Air-Driven, High Pressure Liquid pumps, valves and fittings into a wide range of self-contained portable, or custom framed modules that “plug and play” for virtually any test, control, or injection system you can imagine. They vary in size, flow capability, output pressure and can include optional features such as chart recording, data logging, cycle counters, injection controllers and almost any kind of electric or pneumatic valve control option.

Haskel High Flow Liquid Pumps
Haskel High Flow Liquid Pumps include the 2, 2,2 and 3HP pumps. These are the double and triple air head pumps that are based on the 5 3/4 inch drive pump. Call us for a bit of an explanation on how these pumps work.
