Series RVP Relief Valves

Parker Autoclave Engineer’s Series RVP relief valves provide reliable venting of gases or liquids for set pressures from 3,000 psi (206.8 bar) minimum to 75,000 psi (5171 bar). The standard temperature range for all models is -423° to 400° (-252° to 204°C). A high temperature option to 750°F (399°C) is also available.

Parker Autoclave Engineer’s Series RVS relief valves utilize a soft seat design for reliable venting of gases at set pressures from 1,500 psi (103 bar) to 20,000 psi (1378 bar). The operating temperature range is 32°F (0°C) to 400°F (204°C).autoclave-engineers-logo[1]

Autoclave Engineers Packaged Pressure Pump Systems.

While we build our own systems at Trident Australia we have bought the systems manufactured by Autoclave Engineers and have several of the AHL Series Systems in our rental fleet.

Using the knowledge developed over the last 65 years, Parker Autoclave Engineers Packaged Pressure Systems have been developed to incorporate any of our Air-Driven, High Pressure Liquid pumps, valves and fittings into a wide range of self-contained portable, or custom framed modules that “plug and play” for virtually any test, control, or injection system you can imagine. They vary in size, flow capability, output pressure and can include optional features such as chart recording, data logging, cycle counters, injection controllers and almost any kind of electric or pneumatic valve control option.

Applications include: Hydrostatic/Burst/Leak/Functional testing, Chemical injection, Valve/Hose/Gauge testing, Bolt tensioning, Hydraulic Control systems, Laboratory Research and Autofrettage systems.

Autoclave pumps are designed to work, and work well.

We haven’t built this in to a system yet but it would go very nicely in to a Trident 101 Series. We keep the frames and tanks in stock so it would only take a short time to get a unit together for you.

ACHL Compact Hand Lever, High Pressure Liquid Pump. We use one of these in our own relief valve test bench.

Parker Autoclave Engineers has designed a compact (miniature) high pressure liquid pump that delivers high pressure hydraulic power in a mobile, easy to use package that includes a hand lever. Pneumatic or hand lever driven, this non-sparking or heat generating pump is considered explosion-proof and safe for use in hazardous areas.  Our pumps are designed to include most competitive options and require only the basic of choices be made. Autoclave pumps are designed to work, and work well.

ACHL Compact Hand Lever, High Pressure Liquid Pump in a System

We have used this pump in our own relief valve test bench. We can take the pump up to a pressure close to our test pressure then minutely adjust it to the set pressure.

Series ASL Liquid Pumps

The Parker Autoclave Series ASL Liquid Pumps are grouped around the 6 inch air piston and then by the actual ratio of air to hydraulic pressure. Inside that group are both single and double air-drive pistons (denoted by the -01 or -02 in model number). A double air piston can increase the liquid output pressure or decrease the required air pressure to get the same amount of “work” from the pump. All Autoclave pumps utilize All-Stainless Steel wetted parts with an All-Aluminium air housing

Medium & High Pressure Coned and threaded connection

Pressures to 20,000 psi (1379 bar) Uncompromised reliability under rigorous thermal and pressure cycling. Well suited to installations which require repeated assembly and disassembly with consistent reliability. Available in tube outside diameter sizes from 1/4”(6.35 mm) through 1-1/2” (38.10 mm) and bore sizes from .109”(2.77 mm) to .938” (23.83 mm).

Note: 1″ 43,000 psi (2965 bar) utilizes the medium pressure coned and threaded connection.

3 Way Ball Valve

Autoclave Engineers 3 way ball valves to 20,000 psi are a one-piece, trunnion mounted style valve. The stem design eliminates shear failure found in two piece designs and reduces effects of side loading. The valves include re-torqueable seat glands for longer seat life, a full-port flow path which minimizes pressure drop and carbon filled PEEK seats that offer excellent resistance to chemicals, heat, and wear/abrasion. Low friction pressure assisted graphite filled PTFE stem seal increases cycle life and reduces operating torque. They are available in 90° turn diverter and 180° turn switching models. Viton o-rings for operation from 0°F (-17.8°C) to 400°F (204°C). Optional o-rings available for high-temperature applications. A wide selection of tube and pipe end fittings are available.

Parker Autoclave Medium Pressure Valves features include the largest-port valve available for medium pressure applications and a rising stem/barstock body design. Tubing size 1-1/2″. A non-rotating stem prevents stem/seat galling. The new one piece stem design permits ease of assembly and packing replacement. Metal-to-metal seating achieves bubble-tight shut-off, longer stem/seat life in abrasive flow, greater durability for repeated on/off cycles and excellent corrosion resistance. PTFE encapsulated packing provides dependable stem and body sealing. Stem sleeve and packing gland materials have been selected to achieve extended thread cycle life and reduced handle torque. Parker Autoclave Engineers extreme temperature valves have come in two different styles of valves for extreme temperature. Standard valves can be supplied with packing for operation from -100°F (-73°C) to 800°F (427°C), or with the addition of an extended packing housing for operation from -423°F (-252°C) to 1200°F (649°C). The extended packing housing provides the means of removing the packing from the extreme temperature medium. Machined grooves on the housing act as a heatsink to remove heat or cold.The second, which is economically priced, is a modified standard designed for the power industry. Medium Pressure Needle Valves

Medium Pressure Needle Valves

Parker Autoclave Medium Pressure Valves features include the largest-port valve available for medium pressure applications and a rising stem/barstock body design. Tubing size 1-1/2″. A non-rotating stem prevents stem/seat galling. The new one piece stem design permits ease of assembly and packing replacement. Metal-to-metal seating achieves bubble-tight shut-off, longer stem/seat life in abrasive flow, greater durability for repeated on/off cycles and excellent corrosion resistance. PTFE encapsulated packing provides dependable stem and body sealing. Stem sleeve and packing gland materials have been selected to achieve extended thread cycle life and reduced handle torque. High Pressure Needle Valves

Parker Autoclave Engineers High Pressure Needle Valves are rated to pressures up to 30,000 psi (2068 bar), 40,000 psi (2760 bar), 43,000 psi (2965 bar), 60,000 psi (4137 bar) and 150,000 psi (10350 bar). Features including tubing sizes from 1/4” to 1”. The non-rotating stem prevents stem/seat galling and body design consists of a rising stem/barstock. For dependable stem and body sealing 30SC, 43SC and 30VM valves are furnished with PTFE encapsulated packing; the 40VM and 60VM valves feature nylon/leather packing below threads. Mini Valves

Mini Valves

Parker Autoclave Engineers mini valves are complemented by a complete line of mini fittings and tubing. The MVE/MV Series uses Autoclave’s SpeedBite connection. This single-ferrule compression sleeve connection delivers fast, easy make-up and reliable bubble-tight performance in liquid or gas service.

The mini valves are available in five body patterns and with metric tube glands. The stem and packing gland design have been selected to achieve extended thread cycle life and reduced handle torque. Tubing sizes available are 1/16” and 1/8”.autoclave-engineers-logo[1]

Micro Metering Valves

Micro Metering Valves

Parker Autoclave Engineer’s micro metering valves are designed for applications where more precise control of small flows is required than is possible with a standard regulating stem. Barrel and Thimble micrometer design permits settings to be repeated. Metering is effected by a finely tapered stem acting in a precisely mated replaceable seat. Series RVP Relief Valves

Series RVP Relief Valves

Parker Autoclave Engineer’s Series RVP relief valves provide reliable venting of gases or liquids for set pressures from 3,000 psi (206.8 bar) minimum to 75,000 psi (5171 bar). The standard temperature range for all models is -423° to 400° (-252° to 204°C). A high temperature option to 750°F (399°C) is also available.

Parker Autoclave Engineer’s Series RVS relief valves utilize a soft seat design for reliable venting of gases at set pressures from 1,500 psi (103 bar) to 20,000 psi (1378 bar). The operating temperature range is 32°F (0°C) to 400°F (204°C).autoclave-engineers-logo[1]
